SIRAM workshops in Meknès (Morocco)

Updated: Aug 1

On 7th June the first and second SIRAM workshops took place in Meknès (Morocco). The first workshop –entitled “Citriculture face to abiotic and biotic stresses in Mediterranean areas: New challenges for sustainable production” – and the second workshop - “Abiotic and biotic factors affecting olive trees in Mediterranean areas: New challenges for sustainable production” – gathered SIRAM’s project partners and external speakers. It was a great opportunity for the international audience (including North African and European participants) to listen to high-quality presentations, asking questions and fostering fruitful discussions.

The event was organised and hosted by Pr. Rachid Lahlali, Ecole Nationale d’Agriculture de Meknès, and Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Fès.

A few photos of the event are reported below.
